SHIPPING POLICY
Our Nooms are handcrafted with love and care using best organic ingredients and we want to make sure they look as ornate and glamorous as they did when we packed them. We take utmost care in ensuring our Nooms reach you in perfect condition
We will be using USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping. Shipping charges will be added for all orders under $50. Free shipping for orders above $50. All products will be shipped in USPS Priority Padded Envelope. Our shipping rates are directly from the carrier involved and we do not make any profit out of it.
Limitations apply:
Rates apply for shipping to a single location only. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to APO and FPO locations.
Schedule:
Orders placed by Monday noon (PST) will be shipped within the same week.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Since these are food products, we DO NOT accept any returns at this moment.
However, if any of our products are below your expectations, we would love to know the reason for your disappointment and see if we can send a replacement to your satisfaction or refund the value.
